1. General Policy
Because our services are customized and scope-based, refunds are limited. Refund eligibility depends on the specific deliverables accepted in your signed quote or invoice and the extent of work already performed.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Government filing fees.
Pass-through third-party costs (e.g., subscriptions, ads, processors).
Strategy calls or consultations once completed.
Downloaded or accessed digital content.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued if:
You request cancellation within 30 days of payment; and
Work has not yet substantially begun.
If partial work has been completed, we may provide a prorated refund at our discretion.
4. Subscription Services
You may cancel recurring services at any time. Cancellations stop future billing, but charges already paid are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your agreement.
5. Refund Requests
